Where Troubles Melt Like Lemon Drops...

Remember the Wizard of Oz inspired bridal photo shoot?
I just received a few more gorgeous images from photographer Sarah Kathleen and wanted to share them before 2013 comes to a close. I like the way the landscape provides a slightly melancholy feeling and the couple feels distant and remote in their romantic setting.
See the this featured on RUFFLEDBLOG

Glitz and Glitter

Sequins, sequins, sequins. They have been swirling about my brain like a tiny whirlwind of glamour. I am currently finishing up five different items for my store that all feature sequins (pics coming soon). I have been totally inspired by the Balmain dresses and the Patricia Field store. There is something about the way the light catches those tiny little sparkles that makes the dark of winter so much fun. It's disco, it's lifestyles of the rich and famous, it's night clubs, it's cocktails and conversation. Time to get the party started!

Oh the Choices for All Hallows Eve...

I love dress up! Who doesn't? Create a fantasy and live it for one night...yeah, I like that idea. When thinking about my favorite movie characters who have the best outfits Cher, Glinda, Frankenstein's Bride, and the Wicked Witch all came to mind. Iconic costumes that are instantly recognizable are always a party favorite. What will I be doing this Halloween? Trick or Treating with the family dressed as the Ice Queen of Narnia!
