Have I Been Talking in My Sleep?

Was Miuccia Prada listening? I LOVE this collection. It has all the elements I've been working with for my own designs. Stripes, polka dots, hearts, sailor, black and white, graphics,platform shoes, topped off with jumble of amazing accessories. It's party ready, sexy, fun, and chic. That's what Dark Pony Designs aspires to be. I would gladly wear any of these pieces in a heart beat!

Leave it to Louis Vuitton to make the most desirable nautical looks of the season. I love the short dresses with the platforms, a sure fire way to make your legs look a mile long. The styling is very clean, sophisticated, and refreshing. Makes me want to pack my bags and set sail. So, anchors away for a golden holiday weekend fantasy...

GOLD: Jean Paul Gaultier for Target

Jean Paul Gaultier is one of my all time favorite designers, and not just because he designed the infamous Madonna cone bra. When I found out he was doing a low price line for Target I felt like I had hit the jackpot! I love the contrast of the sexy little dresses and the hard edge of the leather jackets and the graphic t-shirts. My picks are the trench, the black dress with the eye detail, and the sailor top. Hits stores March 7...happy shopping!
